Owner Empowerment: Dog training starts with the owner. My primary goal is to educate and empower you by giving you the tools and knowledge to understand your dog and the best way to communicate with them. We will look at body language and get to the root cause of the problem.

Kind & Force-Free Application: My methods at The Gibbons House are resolutely kind, ethical, and force-free. I focus on kind training, clear communication, and thoughtful application of consequences that never involve pain, fear, or intimidation. Boundaries? Yes. Punishment? Never.

Routine-based work: Dogs respond best to routines and predictable patterns. Once all your dogs needs are being met, we can build a stable routine that benefits both you and your dog. Training sessions don't need to be an hour long, just 5 minutes a few times a day can make all the difference.

Advocacy for All Dogs (Especially Rescues): Driven by a passion for helping dogs find their forever homes and thrive, I am particularly dedicated to working with rescue dogs. I understand the complexities of their pasts and will be equipped to help them build confidence and integrate seamlessly into their new lives, dispelling common myths about breeds and behaviours along the way.
